Dual-station synchronized cutting is adopted, and pile head staggered cutting is simultaneously used for sorting, achieving maximum material savings.No programming is required; ordinary employees can handle it. Simply input the length of the entire board material, followed by the desired cutting dimensions (length and width). The system will automatically intelligently calculate and layout the cutting plan to maximize material savings. After calculation, three cutting modes will be provided for selection:It enables bi-directional cutting horizontally and vertically, allowing the processing of the entire sheet of board material.Processing time is approximately 12 seconds per operation.
