270 Four Station Intelligent Splicing Machine

This machine is specially developed for the optical industry as a hot splicing machine for acetate plastic frames, acetate temple, and various metal materials. Using four workstations to work independently in a loop, each workstation can hold 1-4 sets of molds. The processing cycle for each workstation is 10-15 minutes, with around 45-60 pieces processed per hour.

The machine use an intelligent adaptive control system ,The segmented pressure control of this machine is our company's core patent. which can automatically and accurately adjust the pressure according to different materials and processing stages, ensuring the ultimate splicing effect and improving the precision and quality of the product. The operation process is very simple, and ordinary workers can easily operate without the need for skilled splicing. They only need to evenly apply hot splicing oil to the edges of the boards, place it in the fixed mold, and then put it into the workstation for processing. Equipped with a professional device, it is easy to take out without deformation, and the product does not cross colors or break.
