990E-Ⅱ Automatic Cutting Temple and Planing Machine

This machine combines various scattered processes of traditional techniques such as material cutting, trimming, chamfering, and milling hinge slots. It can complete all these processes in one go, reducing time, saving labor, and improving precision. It lays the foundation for achieving fully automatic pin insertion in subsequent processes.

The machine automatically separates the left and right sides and is equipped with two finished product collection bins. It features three main spindles, with a processing speed of approximately 20-40 seconds per unit. The material clamping method uses a manual claw-type left and right clamping device, ensuring smooth and even cutting positions, precise and stable dimensions, and material efficiency. It can fully process the board material without leaving any remnants.
