This machine is a vibration friction splicing machine, which is the latest third-generation splicing machine model developed by our company after 11 years of continuous improvement. It is capable of simultaneously splicing leaves and pile heads, or individually splicing leaves or pile heads as per choice.

It can automatically feed board materials, leaf materials, and pile head materials. The processing speed is approximately 14-38 seconds per piece, ensuring stable and non-exploding splicing. The setup process is simple and fast, requiring only the input of material dimensions.
