During the use of the Rike equipment you purchased, within the normal service life, if the product cannot be used normally due to quality issues of the equipment itself, you can present the purchase certificate and warranty card at a Rike office to receive free repair or even replacement with the same equipment.

For product damage not caused by the equipment's own quality, high- quality services are also available at Rike offices. The maintenance fee standards shall be implemented in accordance with those formulated by Rike. If your equipment has problems beyond the warranty period, Rike will also provide preferential paid maintenance services.
